Love Your Gear—or We’ll Make It Right

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, we’ll make it right with a replacement or full refund.

Contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@petmoodclub.com with your order number and a clear photo of the issue.

Because personalized items are made specifically for you, we cannot offer refunds for choosing the wrong size or color, changing your mind, or uploading the wrong photo.

We’re actual humans who respond, so if something went wrong, just reach out. We’ll keep the process as simple and drama-free as possible.
